Class #2

Tripper had class today and it was pretty cool to see all of his brother's and sister's. I'm happy to report that he is not the biggest, but he is the widest and has the thickest legs... which makes me feel better because I thought he was a monster. He's the only one whose ears haven't stood up and who has fluffy fur.
When we were leaving class a volunteer who had been with Fidelco for over 15 years stopped me and asked if he was the lony long haired puppy in the litter. I said yes. And then she asked if his parents has short hair. Again I said yes. Then she said that when two short haired dogs have a long haired puppy, that puppy is always something special, kind of  like red heads. Now my hair was back (and dirty) so I'm not sure if she knew I was a red head or not...but either way I thought it was cute.

It was fun to see all of the different markings and personalities that the dogs had. You could have honestly taken three different dogs and not only would you not know they were from the same litter but you may not even know they were all German Shepards.

But he did a great job with all of his training requirements. Although we need to work on him knowing his name...my fault, half the time I call him Buddy. "Good Job Buddy!" "Come on Buddy" you get the picture. So from now on it's just Tripper.
