First Day of Class

Today was Tripper's first day of class...well it was suppose to be anyway. The class was originally  scheduled for 11:00 but after a couple emails from Fidelco it was moved until 1:00. So Mike and I leave Salisbury at 11:45 and about half way there decide to call Fidelco as we have an inkling that we have the time wrong.

Apparently we were not the only ones to get the time wrong as they ended up running three different classes at 11, 12 and 1. While we only ended up seeing a handful of Tripper's brothers and sisters Tripper was the biggest and fluffiest pup there.

He played really nice with everyone, although he grabbed the tail of one puppy and dragged him by it. During class he made us proud doing a great job with his touches, sits, downs, leave its and recalls. We still have a ton to work on but he's definitely at the head of his class!

...he's going to be so big! If you go back to my first blog post and look at Tripper as he's already changed over two weeks, it's crazy! Mike said that last week when he took him to get his shot, he was significantly smaller than all of his litter mates. Apparently this week he hit his (first) growth spert as he was twice as tall and wide as everyone else!

Our friends Martha and Mike and their dog Winnie (a cockapoo) are visiting tomorrow so I'm sure I'll have a couple of cute pics! Don't forget to check out the video page at the upper left side of the blog, there's a couple cute videos of Casey and Tripper playing.
